**Minute 1: Gratitude**
Write 3 things you're grateful for. This primes your brain for positivity and resilience throughout the day.
**Minute 2: Daily intention**
Ask: 'What's the one thing I need to accomplish today that would make this a successful day?' Write it down.
**Minute 3: Relationship review**
Think of one person in your network to connect with or appreciate today. Relationships compound over time.
**Minute 4: Learning commitment**
What is one thing you'll learn or practice today? Could be reading for 20 minutes, a podcast, or applying a new skill.
**Minute 5: Visualise success**
Close your eyes and visualise your ideal version of today playing out. Feel what it feels like to show up at your best.
This 5-minute practice costs you almost nothing and returns enormous dividends in focus, confidence, and relationship quality.
